LIFE JIU JITSU

Every Wednesday from 6pm to 7pm & Saturdays from 11am to 12pm I teach a kids martial arts class at the Cottonwood recreation center. The class is available to kids ages 5 to 17 years old and they do not need a rec center membership to attend the class.. Students may wear shorts or sweat pants and a t-shirt to class.

We also offer adults training for under $50 a month.

 With over 20 years of elite teaching experience, Professor Ted Osburn brings authentic, championship level Jiu-Jitsu to the Verde Valley. 

Lineage & Credentials: Earned his BJJ black belt in 2010 under the legendary William Vandry in Austin, Texas, and was awarded his 1st degree by Carlos Machado in 2013. Credentials verified by the IBJJF.

OUR SPECIALIZED PROGRAMS:

Kids program "Snake Club MMA" teaches kids practical self defense in a safe clean location. The class is designed to be extremely convenient and affordable for local parents and care takers. High level learning, great exercise and lots of fun!

Adults program "Side Control Martial Arts" offers adults 18 and up a chance to get one on mat time with multiple black belts to help you improve. Plenty of sparring in a safe and friendly atmosphere. Our program is the most affordable in town.

Executive Program "Life Jiu Jitsu" is a program we offer for men and women over 40. The focus for this class is injury prevention, staying fit without boring cardio and functional self defense. If you are over 40 this is your chanse to get in the best shape of your life without tearing up your joints. Master self defense in a safe, ego free environment built for busy adults.
